A graduate of HEC’s MBA program and trained in psychosociology at UQAM, I spent 30 years leading socially driven organizations serving a wide range of communities: young children, newcomers, school dropouts, and people with disabilities. I ended my career as the first lay manager to work with the Ursuline Sisters, where I oversaw care for their oldest members, their archives, a museum, and the preservation of their remarkable architectural heritage. My human qualities, vision, and creativity allowed me to carry these responsibilities with pride.

Artistic Approach

Freed from organizational and financial constraints,
I can finally let go and find the words
That strike, soothe, stir, and heal;
Let go and spread my blue across endless canvases
That I unfurl toward the white of glaciers,
Crossing them with crampons on my feet and a GoPro on my body,
Before they melt and come flooding into the city.

Having grown up in a family of solitary people
Living together in silence and unspoken truths,
Speaking has been a difficult learning process, a matter of survival,
One that allows me to emerge from the depths of my burrow,
To set aside the armored male, swollen with sterile testosterone,
Now made obsolete by the liberation of those once dominated.

With 50 countries behind me,
I travel through cities, countryside, and wilderness
To widen my horizons and awaken the spirits
Sleeping in the hidden corners of my rigid body.
I explore painting, slow TV, and writing,
Mediums in which I remain an eternal beginner,
Rediscovering a youthful sense of wonder,
Hoping to move the other,
So that together, we may tremble in unison.
